Vendor Master Integration to Oracle

Dear All, Below is the problem statement and let me know the suitable approach to do this

1. Add more fields (custom fields) in Ariba Vendor creation screen.

2. Once the Vendor is created, the vendor details (master data) including the custom fields need to pass to Oracle ERP to create Vendor in Oracle. Also if any other custom applications.
