-> Contracts, (material) Info records, vendor list.
2. when we create a vendor list, is it possible to maintain prices in that and how to create a vendor list in sap gui.
-> I don't think it's possible to create vendor list from SAP GUI. & prices are not maintained in vendor list.

Hello All,
Thanks for your replies
Can you please tell me the exact purpose of vendor list in classic scenario apart from contracts linkage from ECC. Is it like a source lists in ECC, if so, please could you tell me the difference in this.
Second, as you said, info records acts as a source of supply in classic scenario, u mean the backend info records, how to integrate the info records from backend or it is created in SRM directly.
Thank you.
Hi,
Generally purchaser creates Supplier List for PurOrg on the basis of Supplier Evaluation & other factors.Supplier List is created for Items or Prod Category. Now Supplier List vendors get precedence as they are evaluated suppliers. In a way it ease the process of selecting supplier.
Info records are available in SRM. You don't need any special integration for it.
