vendor has block the c folders in sap srm how to unblock .say the process in detailed view

Dear Siddireddy,

I believe you are using BSE (Bid Security Enhancement) in your system. If yes, the buyer has to access the documents through the RFx - meaning through the Notes and Attachments tab, and not through cFolder.

Dear Tamas,

vendor has submitted the documents and the documents are locked as per the screen shot we have done technical opening still buyer is not able to view the documents.Due to the documents locked by vendor .How buyer can view the documents and how we can unlock.
