Vendor Access on Contract Document

Hello Experts

Request your assistance in meeting the below client requirement.

Business Need: A customized phase is desired in the Contract Document phase structure which enables access to the Contract Document for vendors in the contract negotiation process.

However the entire history of the contract prior to that needs to be hidden from the vendor.

How exactly can this be achieved ??.. To my understanding vendor access to the CD is enabled via Sell Side System.

Please assist.

Hello Piyush,

Yes vendor can access the contracts from fsvendor login.

For the above to achieve it should meet below criteria,

1) Master Agreement expiration date should be set to future.

2) Publish to supplier on field at header level should be set to past

2) Add one more phase to contract document phases and set the visibility to internal/external

3) Add the specific contact to the Agreement.

4) create credentials for supplier contact and login through fsvendor login
