Hi Durai,

You are not clear in your question. However, i assume you are asking about Shopping Carts total value approval.

Shopping Carts With or Without Approval

· Shopping carts without approval

The shopping cart contains procurements of low value(Shopping Cart Total Value) and is not subject to an approval procedure.

· Shopping carts with single or multi-level approval

You can specify a single-level approval procedure for shopping carts with low procurement values(Shopping Cart Total Value), that is, only one superior needs to approve them, and multi-level approval procedures for procurement transactions with higher procurement values(Shopping Cart Total Value).

There is one another approval based on Requestor Spending Limit i.e, Requestor who create Shopping Carts exceeds there Spending Limit per Cart defined in the system called Spending Limit Approval.
