Hi SRM Experts,

When I click Universal Work List SRM.7.0, I got below message. I didn't get any workitem to the UWL. Can you please let me know which credentials may missing ?

Error Message:

:com.sap.portal.connectivity.destinations.PortalDestinationsServiceException:User is missing credentials for connecting to alias SAP_SRM. Contact your system administrator.

I assume you weren't able to register the alias SAP_SRM as WebflowConenctor, correct?

When you do the conenction Test for the System in PCD, does it fail in Step 3?

If yes, please create a new system from template and use template Dedicated System (SAP_R3_Dedicated).

Enter all needed connections parameters and Systemalias SAP_SRM. Then perform the connection test again and register SAP_SRM as WebflowConnector.

Hope the answer is usefull for you, it worked for me (I used SAP_R3_Loadbalancing as template first and got the exact same error).

Hi,

Have you configured WedFlow Connector to SRM?

Please check System Administration -> System Configuration -> Universal Worklist & Workflow -> Universal Worklist - Administration in NetWeaver Portal.

Yes I did. But When I do Re-Register I got the below message....Also this is happen only for some test users with system configuration access....

Item type retrieval and registration requires a connection to the systems and may take a couple of minutes

For each system, they are generated as the configuration named 'uwl.webflow.<system_alias>' or 'uwl.alert.<system_alias>'.

After configuration changes in the backend system, you must re-register the system.

Hi,

Please check the below in t code SU01 --> user Roles related to UWL and make sure that you should have any one these roles to acess the UWL screen.

SAP_BC_UWL_ADMIN_USER

SAP_BC_UWL_END_USER

SAP_BC_UWL_SERVICE

Hi Experts,

I assigned those roles to user. But Still it's not our problem.

managers role can see workitem . add manager portal role to see workitem in the worklist
