UWL not refreshing

Hi,

  Can anyone helpme with a UWL problem. When the user enter to the UWL Portal functionality, see some WI to approve. But,  after a while, the new items in his UWL inbox disappears. The UWL is configured to refresh manualy.

Hello,

Have you checked that someone else hasn't actioned those workitems or that they haven't expired because of deadlines? You should ask for an example and then search for it in SWI1 to see what happened.
