UVDB(Utilities Vendor Data Base) - Link to procurement

I am working for an UK client based utilities company.

Can anyone please let me know the link between "UVDB"( designed and maintained by Achillies Company) and SRM Procurement system.

Please let me know your inputs as soon as possible.
