Using PFAL in ERP - is there another option to get organization?

Hello people,

to get the organizational structure updated in SRM, we run PFAL transaction in SAP ERP (backend).

We have a different department working with SRM and my question is:

Is there an "inverted" PFAL, so that the SRM group can run it in SRM server to get the organizational structure ? In this case, this group did not need to access SAP ERP to perform this action.

Hi,

Why cannot the program RHALEINI be scheduled in ECC system with the correct evaluation paths? This way, you can restrict access in ECC and the job could be scheduled with a non dialog user.

Please correct me if i am wrong.

Yes correct. You need to run PFAL in your HR box since the delta changes needs to be trigger from source system. But I really don't understand the concern having access to HR box to SRM consultant working on ALE setup. You need to have a role for such activities. Even BW team might needs access to HR box too.
