Using PCards in SRM 7.0 ?

Dear Experts,

My client wants to use the P card functionality. We are using SRM 7.0 classis scenario.

I want to know which implementation scenario's are supporting the P card function.

Is classic scenario supporting Pcard in SRM 7.0?

Any documentation of PCard functionality will be greatly helpful.

If we cannot achieve through Classic scenario , what are the other options.

Hi,

P-Card is supported in Standalone and Extended Classic but not in Classic.

What is the process after PO is sent out with P-Card number? If you can trust the bank statement without check, solution will be simple.

Could you please alos explain why P card cannot be implemented in Classis Scenario.

Because i m not familiar with PCard and we are trying to implement this functionality.

Hi,

I mean about settlement process after you received bank statement.

Settlement process is available in SRM but PO does not exist in SRM if it is Classic. That is the reason why classic is not supported. What is the main business reason for using P-Card?

I m not sure about the business reason. But seems to be they are using Pcard in R/3 and they are trying to implement in SRM.

Can you please provide links for the functionality of PCard.

Hi,

If they are using P-Card in R/3, they can use it becuase PO is in R/3.
