Hi,
I have an issue regarding updation of user data (e.g. telephone) in its Web Settings.
Once I update the data through 'Settings'in Web GUI, I get a message as successfully saved & changed. However
on rechecking the data it is still not updated
Similarly if I change the data through SU01 it is not being reflected in Web GUI.
We are using SRM 5.0 classic scenario
Is there a way to synchronize SU01 & Web Settings data?
Kindly suggest a solution for the same.

In the "Manage User data" transaction we have 2 different sections
"User account" which corresponds to SU01 data and "Position" which
contains the relationship address. So the phone number you maintained
in the position section will be not transferred to SU01.
Only the fields available in the "User account" section will be
transferred to SU01.

The "position" section of your "setting" screen comes from the user's Business Partner data, not the user data (SU01). If you would like to change that on the web, you should change the BP data for the user through BP transaction. (To find the BP number from user ID, you could use PPOSA_BBP transaction and search for User.)
