User relations are not getting replicated to SRM

Hi,

I have a organization structure (User -> P -> S-> O) for one particular user in ERP.

I have replicated this particular user to SRM using PFAL. Everything went fine (IDOCs with success message) during replication. And I could see orgnization structure (CP-> S->O->) replicated in SRM. But the user relations with organization structure are still missing. I am getting this problem only with one particular user.

in this case the user has two contracts in ERP.

Note: We are creating users in SRM only.

Hi,

Please check the User's BP in the Organization Structure

Than check the user in TCode BBP_CHECK_USERS - and you will see if there are any errors

Hi,

The BP has been created in SRM. But this BP has been linked to some other CP and not to the required CP. Hence user relations are missing.
