User Load in SAP S/4 Hana

Hello Community,

We have the following situation with our customer.
During the first implantation, the ERP USA, Child 1 P2P and Parent Realm systems were set up.
The S2C, SLP and catalog management run on the parent realm.
Therefore the users from the ERP USA have to be loaded here as well.
Another child realm 2 is connected to the parent realm as part of a rollout.
This child realm is then connected to the S4 baking system.
Users from the S4 system must then also be loaded into the parent realm because of S2C etc.
What would be the best practice in this case?
How can I control which users end up in Child 2 and which in Parent Realm in the S4?
Do we not have any problems in the parent realm when master data is loaded from several backend systems?
