User Interface not working..

After following the cookbook and following as many steps I am responsible.. I am not able to get full view of the interface.  I get a Shopping Cart Pop-up suggesting 'The attributes of the user are inconsistent or not defined. See transaction PPOMA_BBP.' I get a log-on screen, but post that, I am stuck with this authorization issue and not able to see anything.. What could I be missing?  731/sp11 srm ui add-on 1.0

Hello Robert,

Can you confirm that the user is integrated in the SRM Org. Structure.

Did you run transaction USERS_GEN to integrate the user in the Org. Structure.

Hi Franz,

The USERS_GEN was a good idea, but that was not the issue..  The issue turned out to be /SRMNXP/IS didn't transport from the dev client due to some internal issue.  I was able to config in the gateway area and re-add the numbering there..  Also, instead of using 01 for internal number 10 was used, as Basis updated this for our solution. I corrected to 01 000000002 - 9999999999 01 and we were back in business.  Thanks for your input!  The best tool... SA38 /srmnxp/readiness_check this was the way I found the error.  Now, we have an active view!
