user can not convert shopping cart to PO

Hi Experts

I have query from user/purchaser wherein he is not able to convert the SC to PO partially .

he has converted some of the line items into po but when he tried to convert other line items to PO

his session is ended .

Message is

ITS system Informtion

END OF SESSION

I have checked RZ20 and bbp_pd and also checked the SC no inconsistency found

in BBP_PD I could found a error below

A BBP_PD 002 Interface data contains errors

Item in error transfer are X(inactive )

What might be reason that purchaser can not transfer some of the line items and some not

Hi

As there is an Abort, is there a corresponding short dump? Check this for hints, otherwise, it would require debugging to verify what the actual error is,. likely it is a backend error make sure when debugging that the user you have is capable of RFC from the SRM to ECC system for backend checks.

Also - try creating a PO directly with the data as per the erroneous item to see if it is an isolated incident or if it is reproducable with certain criteria/material combination
