Hi Olli,

First log out and try again, if still doesnt help then go to SM12 and check for the lock entries, if found anything just delete the entries and try again.

Hi Anil,

it is possible to eliminate the entries in SM12? The no entries in the
SM12 to be created?

Hi Olli,

If there is no entreis in SM12 you dont have to create any. If you find some entries in SM12 againt the locked user you can delete them, no harm in it.

Pls check the user session in SM04, and delete if there are any open session againt that user.

Hi Anil,
on another SRM - system I can edit a template "with no lock entries" again, so I can sign this also. Can you tell me where?

Hi Olli,

You cannot compare this issue with another system. But did you check entries in SM04 related to that user ?

Hi Olli,

I think when you are trying to edit the SC you get that error. check if your user has the employee role. Also try to edit the SC with the Admin role , you are able to do it or not ?

Inactivating the Edit button will not solve your error. Pls send the screen shots of the error.

Hi Anil,
me it would be enough if the Edit button is set to inactive. The user then has the screen resist worn andprocessing new calls.

Cart is saved, Cart is backed up when I click on the "Edit" button, this error message comes
