User Address consistency check is "RED" Error : Address for person (BP) XXXXXXXXXX could not be read

Hello Champs,

Recently I got a strange issue.

When user tries to create SC getting an error " Enter a country for Partner "BP Number" of Type " Requester" and "Good recipient"

On checking the BP consistency using Report "HRALXSYNC" getting Address consistency in "RED"

Error message : Address for person (BP) XXXXXXXXXX could not be read.

I have gone through BUT0020, BUT0050, BUT0052, ADCP etc. "COUNTRY" is maintained in all the tables in reference to the address number created for the BP.

Can you please advice me anything I am missing or way forward to resolve this issue.

Also below are details which could help you to understand the system landscape.

1.Org structure is getting replicated from backend.

2. We are on SRM_SERVER : SRM 7.02 Ehp 7 and SAP_ABA : 731

Hi Neeraj,

Try to push the Org node of User from ECC-HR to SRM.
