Usage of ARIBA network (SES) on a framework order (PM) for unplanned services

We are implementing ARIBA network for creation of Service entry sheets.

We have the following scenario in PM framework order in Maint order | SAP Community .

Is it possible to create SES for this processv (unplanned service) in ARIBA network?
