US Federal Government Fields (PPS_702_GTAS) for sap SRM

Hi All,

We have activated PPS functionality in SRM.

We want to activate US Government Fields function in SRM for US federal customers. I have activated Activate US Government Fields node under Procurement for Public Sector Functions. But still US government field is not visible in the purchasing document.

Is there any other settings or per requisite is there?

Dear Anannya,

The prerequisite of that switch is to activate the US Federal (FMISPS - PS_US_ACTIVE) feature in ERP.

Once it is done, and your switch is active, You can define the field values for US Federal Government fields and their field value text in SPRO Customizing activity : Define US Federal Government Field Values under the node :

>> Public Sector Management > Functions for US Federal Government > General Settings > US Federal Government Fields
