Hi Team, can anyone advise of we have any URL / Web-Jumper to create a Guided Sourcing Request from and External Site or Guided Buying?

Hello Mitra,

You can use following format to form a web jumper link, but a direct-action URL to a guided sourcing request for quotation (RFQ) may only work once the user is already logged in (authenticated):

http://[YOURREALMNAME].sourcing.ariba.com/ad/viewDocument?ID=InternalId
Here [YOURREALMNAME] refers to customer realm name and InternaldID refers to InternaldId of RFQ.

Web Jumper format for realm which are in EU data center
http://[YOURREALMNAME].sourcing-eu.ariba.com/ad/viewDocument?ID=InternalId

Web Jumper format for realm which are in RU data center
http://[YOURREALMNAME].sourcing.ru-ariba.com/ad/viewDocument?ID=InternalIdTo direct the users from Guided Buying (GB) to Sourcing in a suite integrated realm, configure a tile as External Website with your Sourcing URL in GB.

Also, the users who are accessing the tile should be part of the group which is associated with ASMDashboardAuthorized permission. If not, they will not be directed to Sourcing dashboard when they click on the tile.
