URL Masking

HI Experts,

We are in sourcing 10.0

We have a requirement to mask the URL for CLM login system. So, I have renamed the hostname in Cluster Information(by aliasing).

Users are receiving mail, and when they are hitting on the URL so in the browser that hostname should get replaced. But it's not happening.It is showing previous hostname only.

I have a doubt if  the system generate URL's based on the Cluster Information ?

Any leads would be of great help!!

Hi Geetika,

I believe you should rename both Cluster hostname and Cluster Member hostname, then do a restart.

For emails (if custom) you should also check for hard-codings.

Thanks for your inputs.

Sorry didn't get you by cluster member hostname?

We are not using Custom E-mails, in standard mails only wanted to change so that users will be  navigate to correct URL.
