Hi Guru's ,
Please provide your help in below requirement ASAP,
We are using SRM 5.0.
Requirement is to Delta material master data should be replicated automatically from ECC to SRM.
Mostly we are looking for material group update.
Your help would be much apprieciated !!
Request clarification before answering.
Hello Gurus,
I had performed an initial load "Material" from ECC to SRM,however it was unsuccessful as there as error in smq2 as for some materials the material group was not available in T023 or in T179 (https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/1433097). so I maintained those particular materials in R3AC1 as filters & ran the R3AS tcode . currently I have 900 materials in Comm_product table in SRM whereas there are 2541 entries in MARA in ECC out of which only 120 are materials which have faulty material type . How do I download the remaining materials?
Any input is appreciated .
thanks

Hi,
No need to set filter for product category in R3AC1. The filter is only needed for MATERIAL & SERVICE_MASTER.
Usually you should do initial load only for product category (object DNL_CUST_PROD1) via R3AS.

Hi Ivy,
Don't have authorization to access SMW01 tcode.
I am monitoring in R3AM1, what does block count mean?
Is this actual material numbers which got replicated from ECC to SRM.
Also in SMOEAC, i can see there is no logical system defined in our SRM 5 environment.
Initial download is fine, but we are having issue with material delta changes which are not automatically replicating when material changes in ECC.
Please advice.
Thanks
Ritesh.
Hi,
Please refer to the guided answer below:
2470857 - Material / Service / Product Category does not replicate from ECC to SRM - Guided Answers
For material group, it is called product category in SRM side, and it used the same way of middleware to do replication.

Ivy
