Unwanted mail trigger Issue in SOST

Hello Expert,

we recently upgrade our current SRM5 to SRM 7 and integrated to S4 Hana system.

The issue is when bid creator is created and published the Bid, at that time system trigger email to all registered vendors, this will impact on my Vendor self registration link.

Vendor received self registration link to registered in our system(SRM), Do to this wanted mail vendor has faced issues.

Please suggest how we stop to trigger unwanted mails in SOST.

any one help me to out from this issue.
