Until which status can I update a PO in Ariba

Hi,

I can change already created Purchase Orders in Ariba.
Until which point in time is this possible?
--> when the supplier sends his confirmation?
--> when I receive an ASN?

Hi Simon,

You can allow Changes PO's to be supported in Ariba, even after Order Confirmation and Ship Notice is sent from Supplier. In the cases where shipment is sent from Supplier, and change Orders need to be supported, you will also need to enable the Transaction Rules in AN. Please check for the below Transaction Rules available in AN:
