A. There are several ways to map like the least preferred EAN, using Classification etc. But I guess mapping to the Material Group is the one most suited for ARIBA as ARIBA is integrated with Material Group for several purposes. Pl. compare and contrast.
B. We have mapped about 40% materials to some UNSPSC code level. We can't obviously map the rest to a generic one as they are in large%. Just curious what are different mapping techniques followed for the ones you couldn't map?
