Getting UnknownIdentifierException: Category with code 'XX' in CatalogVersion 'xxxx.Online' not found! (Active session catalogversions: Default.Staged, b2cContentCatalog.Staged, masterProductCatalog.Staged) exception in the logs.

Even though the category with code 'XX' in CatalogVersion 'xxxx.Online' is present, its throwing this exception. Can anyone help to resolve this issue.

Hi,

the SRM Catalog Management topic belongs to the catalogues called from the SRM Server where the communication happens though OCI (Open Catalog Interface). Checking the mentioned error it seems to me that you have your problem with Hybris.

If not, please describe the steps how to get the error.
