Unable to send/post invoice attachment via CXML to Ariba supplier

I am trying to post Attachments for invoices in the Ariba supplier network but I am unable to do so.
Please help me with the format or payload so that I can post the invoice attachments.

I would advise you to create the scenario (attaching a document) using the portal to understand how the cXML structure is created; after that, read the cXML solution guide to understand how to include Attachments on cXML.
