Unable to search WBS element in SAP SRM

Hi Experts,

We have a few WBS elements created in ECC, but I am not able to find them while creating a Shopping Cart.

I have checked in ECC, the Account Assignment Element checkbox is checked under Operative Indicators.

I have validated the SRM-ECC RFC connections and the backend configuration in SRM. they all look fine to me.

Can you please guide me on how to rectify the issue, so that the WBS elements are visible in the SRM portal?

Hi Sayan,

Kindly check the attribute PRO for the user with which you are creating the shopping cart ?

I hope the attribute is filled with relevant WBS element.
