Unable to open PO via POWL in NWBC getting ST22 dump

Dear experts,

I am finding a strange error where SC is being created, followed by approval PO is creating in SRM and replicating to ECC.

We are on SRM 7.01 ECC EHP 4, also I am able to create confirmations against the PO created in SRM.

When I select the PO display from POWL results in purchasing role, getting below error screen, also find the ST22 dump details below.

What happened?

    Error in the ABAP Application Program

    The current ABAP program "SAPLBBP_ATTR_F4" had to be terminated because it has

    come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

Error analysis

    An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.

    The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_DYNAMIC_OSQL_SYNTAX', was not

     caught in

    procedure "GETHELPVALUES_LOC" "(FORM)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING

     clause.

    Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the

    exception would occur, the current program is terminated.

    The reason for the exception is:

    The current ABAP program has tried to execute an Open SQL statement

    which contains a dynamic condition. The part of the WHERE condition

    specified at runtime contains the literal

     "'HTTPS://GISLDVXSRM01.CAPITA.ZONE:8006/SAP/BC/NWBC?SAP-CLIENT=20" which

     begins with

    "'" but does not have a closing "'".

Could some one throwa a light to fix this issue ?

Kindly check with ABAP Team about the latest development changes if any.  This is thing will happen due to incorrect coding.

Thanks for your response,

Unfortunately, this the new client which I am setting up and I've setup many clients before but never faced this issue.

Also, I've created more sc's and follow on documents PO's & GR, but any PO I am unable to display getting above mentioned dump.

I think this problem should be for particular PO only. Please check if it is.

There me be some field is blank or text format [charatcter is incorrect.]
