Unable to locate security profiles while creating users

Hi,

We are unable to locate “security profiles” while trying to create the first real user in FSBUYER. We are logging in via user ID : enterprise to do the same.

Below is what i understand should be available to the admin while creating a user.

But what i see in my system does not show any of the profiles.

How do i ensure the security profiles are available for selection while creating users?

Please help.

Hi Sai,

Have you checked the security profiles available in setup->system administartion->security profiles. Please check is there any security profile availbale there. If there are SP available they should come in user account creation page.

There are zero entries in Setup -> System Administration -> Security Profiles

How do i get the SAP default security profiles into the system?

Hi Sai,

By default you should get standard security profiles once you configure the system. Please check with your implementation team were configured sucurity profile properly while initial setup of Sourcing system.

Most of the default items like security profiles that are required are in the enterprise workbook that is supplied with the product. This is outlined in the install/configuration guide.

Thanks for the direction Gary.

I did locate the deployment workbook from the reference guide link.

Working with the basis team right now to figure out how to use that workbook and upload data into the system.

Successfully got the relevant data into the system via import option.
