unable to edit or change auction template

Hello,

I am working on sap sourcing 9.0 on premises solution. We have configured system for forward auction.

This is regarding  "create auction event template" .

We have created template & successfully able to create auctions reference to it.

But now we I would like to enhance i.e; change rules / data from template .

Here we are nither been able to edit or deactivate the template .

Kindly let me help to  search /EDIT ready templates ,

expecting menu available similar to  "create auction event template"?

HI Kulkarni,

Under Enterprise Sourcing ,under Auctions context go to Search Auctions or Search  My Auction , then under drop down select All auction templates. Anyways Only Auction templates owner can edit them.

Hi Santosh,

The issue could be you may not have access to modify/inactivate an existing Auction template.

The Auction template owner who created the template will have access to make changes.

You need to request the Template Owner to add you a collaborator with read/write permissions to that specific template upon which you should be able to change it as well.
