Unable to do external debugging

Hi,

We have SRM 4 and we are unable to do external deubugging.

1) We login thorugh Citrix.

2) Our URL is secured ie https https://XXXXXXXX /scripts/wgate/bbpstart/!

I know the settings where we need to enable the external debugging and place the breakpoint in any badi which will be called. I am also getting message external breakpoint got activated for the user. When I run the transaction debugging doesn't happen.

I have also placed parameter genwebdynpro ~1.

Please advise. Is there anything need to be done if we have URL in HTTPS.

Hello,

Kindly refer to the Note 870454 for activate Debugging in your system.

To enable debugging, please set the following parameter in the profile of the application server: "rdisp/tpda_for_ext = 1".

Detailed information is attached in the note.

Otherwise, check if the HTTP server is the same where you have set the breakpoint.

Thanks Ricardo that parameter is missing. I will check that and do the needfull.
