Unable to direct to SRM Portal screen via NWBC

I am trying to access SRM portal screen via the NWBC  but when I run the NWBC got the web page having : Cockpit - NWBC & Cockpit SRM listed with Roles. attached screenshot 1

Now when I tried to click on the any of the roles in cockpit SRM roles I get the error message that "user menu tree for user XXXX is empty" - Attaching the screenshot 2 for this.

Please guide that how can I can get the SRM portal login screen & accordingly try the transaction as per the roles.

I solved this issue by  activating in the following path:

Spro-> Sap SRM-> SRM Server-> Technical basic settings->

-> Portal independent navigation frame
