Unable to create URL due to insuffiecient Portal customization Data

Hi Experts,

We are using Netweaver portal 7.4 and have deployed business packages for SRM 7.0. I have assgined ESS standard role to SRM consultant. After creating shopping cart, it is not going for approval and status on Portal is shown as "Error in Process". On checking in SRM backend tcode "SLG1", it showing error as "Unable to create URL due to insufficient Portal Customization Data".

Can any one please tell me what this error refers to?

We have not done any customzation on Portal, just deployed SRM BPs and assigned standard roles to user.

Hi,

We resolve the issue, the number rangewas not defined in SRM backend system, due to whcih PO was not getting created and it was throwing exception.

Can you try to check the entry maintained at the below point in SPRO

Also check if NWBC works fine .. incase it does then contact a Portal expert

Hi,

Have you checked SPRO -> SAP Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Technical basic settings->Maintain portal information

you may have to maintain portal link information here.
