Unable to add Supplier text in Shopping Cart

Hi All,

Iam unable to add any supplier text in item details under notes & attachment tab. When I click on Supplier text a small window is opening but cannot input anything. It is just a window.

Normally a window with input space it will come. Inmy case it is not appearing in that way.

Could any one tell me where to check it.

Hello,

Check the customizing at following location:

Cross-Application Basic Settings ->Text Schema -> Define Text Schema

What is the value you have configured for Changeable column?

Hi Sushil,

Config was maintained correctly. There was no issue with it and it was happening with only one user.

Please give me an idea to fix this issue.
