Unable to access the catalog url http://<java WAS>:server port/srm_mdm/srm-mdm

Hi All,

We have installed SRM MDM Cataloug and have deployed the business packages and the JAVA Connecter on the JAVA was(i.e. Portal). However when we are trying to access the URL http://<java WAS>:server port/srm_mdm/srm-mdm we are getting an error that resource doesn't exist.

Can someone please let me know if any specific BP deploypment is requried to access the URL or any specific configuration is requried.

Hello Saurav,

Make sure you have restarted the J2EE engine after the deployment.
