Unable to accept or reject the technical bid In response & awards tab in SRM

Hello Experts,

In SRM, for open tender Rfx once the bidder submitted the response for Rfx ,the purchaser navigates to the technical RFx response overview and accepts or rejects each technical RFx response according to the decision of the evaluation panel, but at times accept & reject buttons are grayed out & i was not able to accept or reject the technical bid even Rfx Response status is BID SUBMITTED. These buttons would be grayed out, only after tech bid is accepted or rejected. I have checked in the component level code was working fine, please assist me in solving this.

Have you waited until the submission deadline of the RFx document has passed?

If not, you have to wait till the submission deadline is reached.

Thanks for your prompt reply,

We have already reached the submission dead line & still the accept and reject buttons were not active. please provide the solution for this issue. This issue was found by the end-user while processing the Rfx.

What is the status with technical opening and price opening dates and times?

It would be good, if you could provide a screenshot of the RFx header and the Permissions screen.

Dear Tamas Koban,

Technical Opening is already done, however price opening is a custom development and will be done after the Bid is accepted/rejected at the Technical scrutiny step.

In the Technical scrutiny step i am not able to accept or reject the bid as the accept & reject buttons are inactive .so iam not able to proceed further. Please find the attachments.

Dear Sarath,

I see, that there are no technical evaluators maintained on the permissions screen.

Please maintain at least one user on this screen under technical evaulator and retest the behavior.

Dear Tamas Koban,

With out maintaining technical evaluators on the permissions screen. we are doing the technical scrutiny. But this issue we are facing for the one user not for all, remaining users could be able to proceed further with out providing the Technical evaluators.
