Trigger IDOC in S4HANA for RFQ using FIORI dashboard

I am trying to trigger outbound Idoc for RFQ in S4HANAFor Message Type : REQOTE, Idoc Basic Type: ARBCIG_REQOTE from S4HANA to ARIBA Using FIOIR application.

Now my requirement is that Idoc should be triggered when I create/Publish RFQ using FIORI form S4 to ARIBA. What Configuration/BADI require to trigger the IDOC output type ( Out bond Idoc ) ? Please suggest the solution.

We have similar scenario of sending Managed RFQ from FIORI application to Ariba system & it's not 4BL scenario. What is your Ariba sourcing scenario?
