transfer Shopping Cart to ECC every X hours

hi gurus

i'd like to know if there is a standard way in order to schedule the transfer of approved Shopping Cart from SRM to ECC every, for example, 4 hours.

i was looking for FM BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER but i don't know if is the right place

Hi Andrea,

As Wendy mentioned, the SC transfer happens immediately. If needed, this can be done thru enhancement. Stop the transfer process after complete approval, and then schedule SC re-transfer program every X hours.

Hi Andrea,

Normally, once SC is approved, it will be transferred to create follow-on documents automatically or will be sent to sourcing cockpit, according to the sourcing flag of the SC item.

As to your requirement, perhaps you could consider to maintain the sourcing customizing as Auto grouped for the SC item so that you could use report bbp_sc_transfer_grouped to transfer the SC items according to your schedule. You may take a look at the spro documentation of the customizing below to have more information.

SPRO -> SRM Server -> Sourcing -> Define Sourcing for Product Categories.
