TO ORG ALREADY DELETED

837

Hi all

We are working on SAP PRF and SAP Ariba.

We have a purchase order we are trying to send to Ariba and it goes into error with error:TO ORG ALREADY DELETED.

So for some of them we can see its a unpaid account on SAP Ariba side but then other are active on SAP Ariba but it wont go through.

I check no changes was made to the Po and the ORG.data is all correct.

Any Resolution options are welcome.

Thank you

Hello,

Thank you so much for the questions. Here is an article which should be helpful here.

https://support.ariba.com/item/view/KB0400836

Below is the resolution as per the article

The resolution will depend on the status of the supplier account on Ariba Network. Since Ariba Network won't accept orders for an inactive supplier, either your supplier needs to re-establish their escalated account, or they need to provide you a new Ariba Network ID (ANID) for you to update your vendor records and send your orders to this new ANID instead.

If the supplier account has status Escalated and the account is suspended due to non-payment, they can to contact SAP Ariba Billing team to resolve this issue. Contact your supplier and inform them about this, so they can take the appropriate actions.

Otherwise, if your supplier has status Deleted/Expired, follow the below steps to delete the supplier record that references the deleted or expired supplier account:

  1. Sign in to the Ariba Network.
  2. Click the Supplier Enablement tab.
  3. Search for the Supplier.
  4. Check the box against the desired Supplier record.
  5. In the selected Supplier record, click More Actions > Delete.

Once you delete the supplier record, recreate it without references to the deleted or expired supplier account by using the Add or Upload > Vendors options on the Supplier Enablement tab.

Please try to follow it and let us know if you have any questions.
