To make the postal code/PO Box field in read only mode in personal setting

Hi Experts,

The issue is to make the postal code/PO Box field in read only mode in change personal Default setting.We tried in changing through webdynpro configurator,the postal code/PO Box field is already set to read only but in personal settings the field is in edit mode.
