To make some attachments default for all RFxs

Many RFXs (Bid Invitations) are floated by our company in the SRM system daily.

We want to make few documents as default attachments for all the RFxs. That means, these documents are to be shown as attached for all the RFxs as soon as the RFx is created without the creator manually adding each of the documents.

Please inform the procedure for doing the above.

Hi,

I recommend You to create RFx template and append the default attachment.

After that, the purchaser could create all new RFx documents from the template.

Thank you for your reply.

Request you to kindly provide steps for creating new RFx from template in SRM. In case any manual/document is available, please provide the link for the same.

We also request you to inform the possibility of using the template while creating RFx through 'Perform Sourcing' by transferring the PR from the ECC system to SRM.
