To discontinue RFx Fee

Dear Team,

As per the current process in SRM system, bidders are allowed to pay the RFx fee, however due to business requirement we now want to discontinue the Rfx fee.
Can you please let us know the impact this development will have on existing/live bids and bids created after this development.

Dear Team,

If the tender fee has been paid already, than there should be no effect on the new customizing, since the tender fee process was finished already.

If there are already published RFx documents, where the tender fee was not paid, I would suggest to mark all such documents, as paid, so the bidders can access the RFx documents. When this is done, all the bidders should access the previously published documents.

For new RFx documents, there should be no issue.
