Timestamp file not updated for ARIBA ITK download job

I have a successful ITK download job run. However, the job is not updating the timestamp file even after successful run.

The error it shows is:

WARNING: Could not set the last modified time on file '/usr/sap/XXXAriba/log/Export_TimeStamp' to: Thu Jun 14 17:48:56 AEST 2018 Jun 14, 2018 6:01:37 PM ariba.filetransferclient.Util info

Earlier there were no issues. Suddenly facing this problem. Please help.

Can you check if there any change in permission for that file recently, the file/folder should have permission: 777 to be accessible by ITK. Can you please provide complete log file content to check more on this.
