Hi Ramesh
Did you check these links and the note 1386141 - There is no iView available for system "XYZ", object "ABC".
This is actually a known error and majorly concerns with the roles assigned to the user in the Portal side as well as backend . Refer these links and see if it helps and you could also refer note to see if you could implement the latest patch . If nothing works please raise to SAP .

Hi,
If you are using portal, please read my blog to analyze the issue in your system:
http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-54512
Usually this is caused due to standard iview not assigned to portal role.

Hi Ramesh
Could you please confirm if the proper roles have been assigned to the user ?
Please follow the way described in the Note 141140 to check if the Objects 'Bid Details &'Display Bid'
&'Create Bid Response' are added to the user in the portal .
Best Regards
Yu Feng

Hi Yu Fend,
The following role is assigned to the user in portal- com.sap.pct.srm.suite.ro_strategicpurchaser
I have gone through the Note-141140. But I did not found proper root cause. And please explain the objects you proposed- Bid Details, Display bid & Create Bid response where to assign.
Regards,
Ramesh.
Hi Ramesh
Sorry , I just meant 1411104 (to add iview to role)
Could you please check whether the iView
'com.sap.pct.srm.core.iv_display_rfq_qte_resp' has been added to the roles that were
assigned to this user.
Please also confirm if the follow roles have been assigned to the user :
/SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE
/SAPSRM/OP_PURCHASER (SRM 7.0 role )
/SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER (SRM 7.0 role)
Best Regards
