Hi,

Thanks for your reply..

but two envelope bidding is not available for SRM 700.

Requirement is system should not allow purchaser to open RFX responses received from Vendor unless all Vendors RFx responses are received at Buyers end or Submission deadline date is crossed. Have to show error message Before the submission deadline and if the Price RFx Response opening date and time has not passed, the purchaser cannot open the Responses. A warning message appears:Opening date for RFx response is not yet reached; you cannot open it at open "Responses and Awards screen"

Hi,

For normal RFx, I think we do not have strict restriction for purchaser to view the response before or after the submission deadline.

Only for two envelop bidding, the technical response opening date will have such functionality.

Hi,

It seems that you are talking about two envelope bidding. If you want to raise a warning message for such condition which is not considered in standard, you may make use of doc_check BADI to do such check and raise warning or error.
