Hello All,

one of our user getting be below Error message

The Purchase order number 12345 you have entered does not exist or no authorization. Specify your search with search criteria of the advance search below.

Note : PO 12345 is example.

i have checked in back end ABAP system via ME23N PO is available. also once our technical consultant can see the PO at portal level also.

Please guide me which authorization will solve this issue. also please let me know where i can learn SAP Portal Security

Hello

Person who is tring to access this PO may not be associated with this PO i.e.  Requester or Good Receipient or Cretor or he may not be a Buyer because of which he is not able to see this PO

Hi,

Could you check if the PO is created by the same user.

Generally purchaser can only open PO's created by other users.

try to swich an auth. trace via ST01 for your user.

Hi Konstantin,

i have done the system trace also . All RC are 0. which means no authorization fail.

and today we got one more problem

The contract number XXXX you have entered does not exist or no authorization. Specipy your search criteria of the advanced search below.

Both issue are looks like same.

Please let us know if any one know the solution

i am new to SRM so no idea. and this problem is happening for only few country's only.

Hi Kiran,

BADI implementation is not an SRM Feature, but generally SAP Development.

You need to go to Transaction SE18 and check, if this BADI implemented.

Usually you can filter search results via this BADI.
