Terminate contract in RE-FX

Can you clarify the steps you are taking to terminate the contract?

Can you confirm you are using the SAP Sourcing / CLM On-Premise product?

I will give you my scenario:

I have contract in REFX in Tcode RECN this contract valid from 06.07.2020 to 27.11.2028 i have been received from the other department they are asking me to terminate this contract in 2023 “which is this is mean early termination” when I use the Tcode RECN to terminate this contract (my steps are open contract in RECN and open term window then give notice to terminate contract in 2023 then go back to posting parameters window to change the absolute end to 2023 the run the valuation) once I run the valuation the type AB offsetting with type WE perfectly but at the same time the system generate one more type AB as look like this contract not terminate it.

Please not that underneath this contract variousof object and when I tried to terminate I terminate one of object not the contract itself.

Could you please help me what the wrong here or what I can do ?
