Template interpretation terminated, template not available

Hi,

We are in SRM 5.5 with SAPKIBKS14.

We are getting this error message when we try to order only Held shopping carts.

Error message says :

ITS service "bbpsc04" was terminated because no template was found for the

dynpro with number 300 in program "SAPLSPO4".

The system searched for the template in the following ITS services:

"BBPSC01".

Note that in the case of language-dependent templates, the language is

taken into account during the search.

Hi Ram,

Check if parameter "GENERATEDYNPRO" is set as "1" for service BBPSC04. If so, delete it.

Also, republish all system templates.

You can do it running the report W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES.

Then, invalidate the ITS-cache with the transaction SITSPMON:

SITSPMON -> Templates and Mimes -> Invalidate Template Caches -> System wide

After this, clear your own Browser's Temporary Internet Files. In case you are using Internet Explorer do the following:

Internet Explorer's menu -> Tools -> Internet Options... -> Button "Delete Cookies..." and "Delete Files..."

Thanks for your reply.

Already i tried with first two points you have mentioned and it's doesn't help.

I have tried wiht your last two options and doesn't help us.

Any other thoughts?
