Technical RFx button not working

We are into SRM 7 EHP3 SP level 7 and using NWBC and not portal.

I have configured 2 envelope Rfx along with Cfolders however , when I click on 'Technical RFx' , I get a blank page and

the title bar at the top actually shows ' Responses and Awards '. Please check the attached screenshots.

Please note that I am able to create the collaboration folders by clicking on 'create' collaboration in 'notes and attachments' tab of RFx.But the folder structure created through this process is not as per the settings in SPRO.

I found a similar post https://scn.sap.com/thread/2079782 , but this is for an older version of SRM and so that notes mentioned are not valid in my

case.

Please help. ( )

Please read my KBA which documented the solution and explanation for all browsers:

2257221 - Blank Page while Accessing Cfolder System from RFx

If you are using IE11 together with NWBC, I think note 2231199 should work.
